On-Site HIV Testing & Care
We provide confidential, rapid HIV screening at your facility in a professional and compassionate
environment. When appropriate, individuals who require additional care are connected with licensed
medical providers for evaluation, treatment, and ongoing follow-up.
Care Coordination
Healthcare doesn't end with testing. When additional services are needed, we help connect
individuals with appropriate medical providers for follow-up care, treatment, and ongoing support,
helping ensure continuity of care
Insurance Enrollment Assistance
For individuals without qualifying health insurance, we can help connect them with licensed insurance
professionals who assist eligible individuals with enrollment in ACA Marketplace plans. This helps
remove financial barriers to healthcare and supports continued access to medical services.
Group Education & Recovery Support
Education is an important part of recovery and long-term wellness. Our team can facilitate
educational group sessions covering topics such as:
HIV and Hepatitis C awareness
Prevention and risk reduction
Healthy lifestyle choices

HIV Prevention (PrEP)

Hepatitis C Screening & Treatment
